Incentive Fund: Beginning in 2007, Shining Topsail foals in the Open divisions of the Washington RHA Futurity (www.wrha.net) and the Northwest RCHA Futurity (www.NWRCHA.com) are eligible. No enrollment forms or fees required. The fund pays $5,000 to the Open Champion or $2,500 to the highest-scoring Shining Topsail foal in each futurity.
